Naples Park is a highly sought-after North Naples neighborhood of charming bungalows very close to the beach. Close to Mercato, Pelican Bay, Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Beach, it is perfect for year-round and part-time residents.
Naples Park is almost entirely single family homes, with the majority built in the 1970's and 1980's. It's excellent location has driven a burst of renovation and expansion activity. Many owners have added second stories, pools, and exotic gardens. Many interiors have been renovated to a very high standard. Investors have purchased properties for use as very high end seasonal rentals, unconstrained by HOA rules. As a result, Naples Park is a delightful neighborhood in transition. Friendly and dynamic, it is an urban village with a distinct personality.
In summary, you can wake up in your own elegant oasis, walk to the gym, grab a coffee and a pastry in the morning. In the afternoon, try some yoga, swing by Whole Foods Market, go to one of two award winning beaches, or go to the most popular gym in Naples. When the lights go down, head to Mercato or Pavilion, which have numerous night clubs and restaurants, 2 luxury movie theaters, and an array of elegant shops. You can walk or bike to any of these easily. We know people who live in Naples Park who use their cars once a week and walk or bike the rest of the week, quite a rarity in Florida!
In short, we love it! It's one of our favorite areas. We specialize in helping homeowners and investors interested in Naples Park.
